Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders to understand business needs and identify the right technological solutions. Take full ownership of your solutions' quality, performance, and reliability. Proactively work with architects, other teams and stakeholders to unblock activities and ensure an efficient, cost-effective, end-to-end delivery. Actively contribute to the team's technical growth by mentoring more junior colleagues and sharing your knowledge to help the entire engineering community grow. Challenge the status quo, propose and create proofs of concept for new technologies, and actively work to improve processes, tools, and architectures. Actively seek opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies to boost individual and team productivity, automate business processes, and develop new customer-facing features.
