As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive Rates & Availability Agent to join our dynamic global team. Key Responsibilities As a Rates & Availability Agent , you will play a critical role in ensuring our liveaboard and cruise offerings are accurately priced, correctly available, and always bookable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data management , system accuracy, and keeping complex information organized and reliable. Maintain and update rates, availability, and inventory in our booking systems Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate availability listings Perform regular data checks, audits, and validations to maintain data integrity Collaborate with operators to obtain, verify, and clarify rate and availability information Resolve discrepancies and ensure consistency across all listings Support promotional campaigns by managing special rates and offers Assist the customer service team with rate- and availability-related inquiries Support ad hoc administrative and data-related tasks as needed
