Position Summary As a Full-Cycle Sales Director, this role will operate as a high-impact individual contributor, developing and executing sales strategies targeted toward club directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches. By owning the full-cycle sales process end-to-end, this position will build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and close B2B SaaS new business. Success in this role requires achieving monthly and quarterly quotas while contributing to a collaborative, performance-driven sales culture. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with natural leadership abilities and a passion for sales. Position Responsibilities
Owning the entire sales process: initial outreach, product demo, negotiation, close
Developing strategic business partnerships with club directors
Understanding our user’s needs and communicating our value effectively
Representing SportsRecruits at national tournaments and conventions
Executing tactical work including product demos and managing internal processes through our tech stack
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor degree required
2-5 years of sales or business development experience
Proven experience with the sales process
Strong experience with sales software and CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoom Phone, etc)
Solid analytical thinker with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process
Collegiate athletics experience preferred
