Resumen del Rol Como DevOps Technical Lead, asumirás un rol de liderazgo técnico fundamental, guiando a nuestro equipo a través de proyectos de alto impacto para clientes en diversas industrias (como medios, salud y vida urbana). Serás el responsable de diseñar e implementar sistemas de software escalables y seguros, tomando el ownership (propiedad) absoluto desde el diseño técnico hasta su lanzamiento exitoso. Tus Responsabilidades Liderazgo Técnico (Tech Lead): Actuar como el experto DevOps principal en los proyectos, inspirando, mentoreando y guiando a otros miembros del equipo para impulsar la excelencia técnica. Desarrollo de Infraestructura: Diseñar y escribir código que sea eficiente, escalable, testeable y altamente seguro utilizando las mejores prácticas del mercado. Gestión de Proyectos (Project Management): Proveer seguimiento del estado del proyecto, estimaciones precisas y reportes utilizando metodologías Agile. Cloud Management & CI/CD: Supervisar los sistemas basados en la nube, garantizando el rendimiento óptimo, la seguridad, la alta disponibilidad y la automatización continua. Monitoreo y Troubleshooting: Monitorear proactivamente el rendimiento de los sistemas y resolver incidentes técnicos complejos de manera eficiente. Colaboración (Cross-functional): Trabajar estrechamente con ingenieros de software, diseñadores y managers para comprender los pain points (puntos de dolor) de los usuarios e iterar sobre las soluciones. Requisitos para trabajar en 3Pillar (Minimum Qualifications) Experiencia Sólida: 5 a 7+ años de experiencia demostrable en roles de DevOps, con una trayectoria probada en liderazgo técnico (Technical Leadership). Dominio de Lenguajes: Experiencia avanzada programando y creando scripts en Go y Python. Infraestructura como Código (IaC): Conocimiento profundo de Terraform y Ansible (con especial énfasis en la creación de Terraform Providers y Ansible Collections). Sistemas y Redes: Sólidos conocimientos de sistemas operativos Linux, herramientas de virtualización y networking. Bases de Datos: Competencia en el uso de bases de datos relacionales y consultas SQL. Idioma Excluyente: Nivel avanzado de inglés (excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita) para interactuar de forma fluida con el equipo global y los stakeholders. Formación Académica: Título universitario (Bachelor's/Master's) en Computer Science, Ingeniería, TI o un campo relacionado. Requisitos Deseables (Nice to have) Certificaciones avanzadas en plataformas Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) y conocimientos en Kubernetes. Conocimiento profundo del Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) y manejo avanzado de herramientas de control de versiones. Dominio de los conceptos de Programación Orientada a Objetos (OOP). Experiencia práctica trabajando con bases de datos documentales (NoSQL), protocolos HTTP y formatos de serialización (JSON, XML). Key Responsibilities Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality. Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools. Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, create and maintain relevant documentation. Execute activities within current methodology and upholding the highest quality standards. Foster collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success. Take ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in at least one of the specified technologies. Go, Python Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, especially Terraform Provider and/or Ansible Collection Knowledge of Linux, networking, virtualization tools. Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. Proficiency with relational databases and SQL. Experience in building backend applications at scale. Proficiency in the English language. Additional Experience Desired: Knowledge of source control tools. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties).
