Conversion Rate Analyst

We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing — not just writing, but how messaging impacts behavior and revenue. Required Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, funnels, or performance marketing environments Strong understanding of conversion psychology (offers, objections, hooks, positioning) Comfortable analyzing metrics and making decisions based on data trends Experience running or participating in A/B tests Ability to write clear, concise, conversion-focused copy Familiarity with Shopify or funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Replo, PageFly, etc.) Comfortable implementing changes directly or coordinating implementation Clear written English communication
