AI Implementation Specialist

What Success Looks Like : Ship multiple production AI tools used daily by internal teams; establish a reusable deployment pattern for future builds. Required : Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript. Experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. Ability to build and deploy web applications (e.g., via Vercel, AWS, or similar). Familiarity with databases (Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, or similar). Experience designing AI systems with proper permission and data boundaries. Comfortable with Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code review). Strong debugging skills across AI and system integrations. Self-directed and productive while working remotely. Comfort with autonomy in a fast-moving environment. Who You Are : Bias toward shipping and iteration over perfection. You'd rather build something rough that works today than something polished that ships later. You think in systems but start with the simplest viable solution. You take ownership end-to-end—from understanding the business need to deploying the solution.
